Hi, I’m Chenoa — the owner and cleaning specialist behind Earth Maid.
With over 10 years of experience as a professional residential cleaner, I’ve had the privilege of working in homes across both the United States and Canada. That experience has shaped the way I approach house cleaning in Okotoks today: with care, precision, and an understanding that a truly clean home is about more than appearances.
Before starting Earth Maid, I also worked in carpentry and hands-on trades, where I developed a deep respect for craftsmanship, detail, and the care that goes into maintaining a space properly. That background taught me to look beyond the surface — to notice the small things, understand how homes are built and lived in, and approach each space with patience, skill, and respect.
In the summer of 2025, I moved to Okotoks to be closer to family and begin a new chapter. From the moment I arrived, I felt genuinely welcomed by the community. Okotoks is a place that values connection, care, and pride in the home — values that deeply align with the kind of service I wanted to offer.

Why I Started Earth Maid
I started Earth Maid because I wanted to offer the kind of home care I felt was missing in the cleaning industry.
After years of working in residential cleaning, I saw how often the focus was placed on speed, volume, and simply getting through the checklist. But a home is personal. It carries daily life, stress, rest, memories, transitions, and sometimes seasons where people need extra support.
I knew there was a better way.
Earth Maid was created to provide more than routine cleaning. My goal is to offer real home care: thoughtful, detailed, and reliable service that helps people feel comfortable, supported, and at peace in their spaces. Whether I’m maintaining a busy family home, preparing a property for a move, helping someone reset after an overwhelming season, or caring for the details that often get overlooked, every clean is approached with intention.
When I moved to Okotoks, I felt genuinely welcomed by the community, and I wanted this business to be a way of giving back through meaningful, dependable work. To me, cleaning is not just about how a space looks — it’s about how it feels when you walk back into it.
