Why is my cleaning services quote more than I was expecting!?

There are a few factors that can impact the cost of a cleaning service. The size of your home, how many bedrooms and bathrooms you have, how many people live there, the current shape of the house, pets, add-on’s, and sometimes travel expenses. Pretty much every cleaning company takes this into account, so it’s not unusual for quotes to be a bit more than you first thought. The biggest pieces of the puzzle are quality and time—basically, you get what you pay for. An insured, premium cleaner is going to cost more than your average cleaner.
If you’d rather not worry about double-checking work, messy communication, confusing contracts, or upselling—and don’t want to feel like you’re paying extra for every little thing—my prices are not only reasonable, but also competitive. You get high-quality professional home care without the headache.

- More is included in my cleans by default. My Standard Clean matches the Light Deep Clean from most companies. I only recommend an Add-Ons when I genuinely see buildup or a spot that’s often missed. No upselling services, only focusing on truly caring for your home.
- “Hi, *customer*, I noticed your washer smells a bit musty. I suggest running a clean cycle soon. If you’d like me to take care of it, it’s $25. Or, I can share some product suggestions or send you a YouTube video for easy monthly maintenance.” – I give my clients agency and information, no gatekeeping here.

- Steam mopping is available in my services at no additional charge. If you prefer your floors to be sanitized without the use of cleaning products—which is especially beneficial for households with pets or young children— I got you. Why pay more for no product?
- I disinfect all equipment after every clean. This includes the vacuum, caddy, brushes, cloths, tote, and even the mop bucket – all get cleaned and sanitized. This ensures no cross-contamination from another home.
